At SPITFIRE SKERRIES
We aim to serve you the tastiest fried chicken in a variety of burger, tender and wing offerings.
Our chicken is sourced from a local butcher where it is butterflied and marinated in our own special marinate.
We use Amish buns from Coghlan’s Artisan Bakery to house our creations along with a variety of homemade sauces and sides to ensure that every SPITFIRE order is exceptional from the first bite to the last.
